Terms of Service

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase software from Mitamers Software. Accounts, license keys, and HWID-locked seats are tied to the buyer and must not be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Loss, theft, or unauthorised access caused by weak passwords or leaked devices is not covered by any replacement or refund policy.

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the subscription period you paid for. Ownership of the software, assets, and supporting infrastructure remains with Mitamers Software at all times.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, debug in production, copy internal modules, redistribute binaries, or stream our private loader interface to the public. Violations will result in immediate termination and legal action where applicable.

Third-party tools, injectors, or unofficial builds claiming to be Mitamers Software are not authorised and void any remaining license.

All payments are processed through trusted providers. Prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction; taxes or FX surcharges may apply based on your card issuer or crypto gateway.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first opening a support ticket will result in a permanent ban across all our products, network bans on Discord, and cancellation of any remaining subscription time without refund.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once a license has been delivered, a download has been initiated, or an HWID has been bound.

If a product is globally offline at the moment of purchase, open a support ticket within 24 hours for store credit or an exchange to another active product.

Using our software is a personal choice that carries real risk. Anti-cheat systems evolve daily; a status of "Undetected" describes our internal testing at that moment and is not a guarantee of safety for your account.

We do not refund, compensate, or replace game accounts that are banned, suspended, or flagged while our software is in use, including matchmaking bans, hardware bans, and parental bans.

Support is provided through our Discord server and ticket system during stated business hours. Response times depend on demand and are best-effort; emergency detections are always prioritised.

Subscription days are not extended for routine maintenance or small downtime windows. Major outages exceeding 72 hours will be credited back to the affected subscriptions.

We may update these terms at any time to reflect new products, legal requirements, or policy changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
